Jim (Franco) Theodore. Guitar and vocals. A native of Parkville 
Maryland, Franco a founding 
member of the bands Paper Cup 
and Shor Patrol and Arista 
recording artist, has performed with some of the nation's top artists, including Neil Young, Rick 
Springfield, The Spinners, Heart, 
Eddie Money and Clarence Clemons 
of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. Franco was honored to be a five time winner of the American songwriter festival and wrote and performed the 1979 national Red Cross theme which led to him being presented with the 
American Congressional Communication award. Franco was inducted into the Maryland Entertainment Hall of Fame on September 20, 2015.
